Debbie is a CIPD Level 7-qualified HR Specialist with over 20 years’ experience, including over a decade working within the education sector. She has worked with maintained schools, multi-academy trusts and independent schools, supporting leaders and governors on complex people matters. Specialising in employee relations, Debbie manages a wide range of casework across the employee lifecycle, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and conduct matters, alongside advising on wider HR policy and practice. As a lead Investigation Officer at HR Connect, Debbie conducts workplace investigations across a range of complex employee relations matters and regularly delivers workshops and training, bringing practical, real-world insight into conducting fair, robust and defensible investigations.
