Dr Leanne Johnson is the strategic lead for Behaviour and Culture across OFG. She has led the development and embedding of the organisation’s Trauma‑Informed Practice (TIP) Framework and Behaviour Strategy, ensuring consistent, relational approaches across all settings.
Leanne also developed OFG’s Supporting Attendance and EBSA Strategy, bringing together clinical evidence, staff expertise and national guidance to create a practical, early‑intervention model that supports pupils experiencing emotional barriers to attendance. Her work focuses on building psychologically safe, connection‑rich school cultures that enable children to thrive.
