Ed Hall is a Regional Director with extensive operational and leadership experience in specialist and alternative provision. He plays a key role in implementing OFG’s Trauma‑Informed Practice and Behaviour Strategy across regions and has supported the rollout of the organisation‑wide Attendance and EBSA Strategy. Ed works closely with school leaders to build strong attendance systems, proactive culture, and consistent relational practice for learners with complex needs.
