Ed is passionate about breaking down barriers to participation and inspiring young people to reach their full potential.

With over a decade of experience, he transitioned from teaching to focus on person-centred support that makes a real impact. As an Engagement Officer at The Education People, he delivers targeted assemblies, workshops, and interventions for KS3, KS4, and KS5 students, as well as wider communities across Kent and beyond. His work helps reduce the risk of NEET outcomes while promoting diverse career pathways and essential employability skills.
