Efrosyni is the Subject Lead for the 11–16 PSHE programme at Jigsaw Education Group. Originally a qualified barrister, Efrosyni transitioned into education as a Citizenship specialist, bringing a strong foundation in civic knowledge and legal literacy to the classroom. With over a decade of experience teaching PSHE in Manchester schools, Efrosyni has held various leadership roles, including Professional Mentor and ECT Coordinator, working in partnership with universities across the North West to support early career teachers. During this time, Efrosyni also completed the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL), further developing their leadership expertise within the secondary phase.

In addition to secondary education, Efrosyni has worked in Early Years settings, primarily supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This experience led to the completion of the National Professional Qualification for Early Years Leadership (NPQEYL), broadening Efrosyni’s leadership skill set across age phases.

Since joining Jigsaw, Efrosyni has brought a wealth of pedagogical knowledge and innovative thinking to ensure the 11–16 PSHE programme remains market-leading and responsive to the needs of young people today.
