Louise Grayson has worked in education for over 25 years and currently works as an Early Years Equality and Inclusion Adviser for The Education People. Louise first developed a keen interest in signing through the use of Sign Supported English in a primary school where she worked as a class teacher supporting deaf children. Louise qualified as a Makaton Tutor in 2016 and remains passionate about the benefits of Makaton as part of a total communication approach.
