Session Information
The session will chart the changing role of SBLs; considering the current context by looking at where the role developed from and the future direction of travel. In this session we will discuss the work being undertaken to emphasise the importance of joined up leadership, and what this could look like at a Trust and/or school level. The session will also explore how NAHT and other organisations are working to ensure the voices of SBLs are heard when it comes to educational policy.
