Polly Sharman

Polly has held the position as a senior advisor at The Education People for 11 years, bearing responsibility and accountability for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in schools across Kent.

She also leads the Primary School Improvement Team in West Kent, working closely with Local Authority maintained schools to provide strategic guidance, challenge and support.

While Polly’s recent expertise has been in the EYFS, she has a wealth of experience teaching and leading across all key stages, including leadership role in primary education.  She has also served as a Chair of Governors, adding to her breadth of expertise in education leadership
