Stephen Cartwright is an experienced educational leader with over 30 years in the education sector, including 20 years in senior leadership. In his current role as Assistant Principal, he leads on SEND and Attendance, championing inclusive practices and student wellbeing. Stephen is widely recognised as an inclusion champion for Kent, where he drives strategic initiatives that promote equity, engagement, and supportive learning environments across schools. His work reflects a deep commitment to ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
