Zara Lawrence

Zara is passionate about breaking down barriers to participation, with a firm belief that education should be accessible and inclusive for all.

As an Engagement Officer at The Education People, she designs and delivers targeted assemblies, workshops, and interventions for KS3, KS4, and KS5 students, as well as for wider communities across Kent and beyond. Her work not only helps to reduce the risk of NEET outcomes but also opens doors to a wide range of career pathways, encouraging young people to build the confidence and skills they need to thrive. By championing employability skills, inclusion, and growth, Zara strives to inspire young people to realise and achieve their full potential.
