Career Pathways for SEND Students: Promoting Aspirations from an Early Stage

This workshop supports early aspiration-building by helping parents, carers and teachers identify young people’s strengths, interests and employment barriers.  It will examine career pathways and options, explore paid employment, and present case studies of students who have successfully transitioned into the workforce despite perceived barriers.
